Haha. It doesn't get more American then buying the big motor that uses more gas. Gotta go 2.7 in the Bronco and 5.0 in the Stang. The stats don't lie. MERICA!

To be honest, I would take a Asian produced modular top.

The reason the 2.7 isn't available with a manual is the other products it is used in are all automatics only so there is no manual developed for it, it takes more than just bolting one on.

But I wish they would too.

Never heard of this movie but just read the wiki on it. Hilarious.
Appears to be clearly parroting Ford/Mazda (and others) relationships.

"workers are held to impossibly high standards and are required to do calisthenics each morning"

Yeah - Toyota actually does this at their Japan based factories - and its part of the reason for their high build quality. lmaooo

They put foreign V8’s in Mustangs in the 1960’s. Windsor V8 is Canadian. BTW, I test drove a 2.3 Bronco that listed Mexico as the origin of the motor.

I remember when the F-150 was #1 on this list for a number of years. I think #2 was the Camry.
In the 2015 roll out it dropped from 90%+ US/CAN content to 50-60%.

Since when does Canadian content count as US made? Has anyone notified Canada? Will Mexico be next?

These vehicles are so American they can’t build them because of lack of parts from Asia. 🤔
that is the elephant in the room....
