Yep, making the right choice here

Also, regardless of engine, makes more power much more easily than the Jeep, though to be fair, they didn't really have any real competition until now, so they gotta address that

TBH, I don't know much about the 2.7L EB specs but I love the shape of that torque curve for a fairly heavy truck. It must have some smaller turbos to get spooled up like that just off idle.
Only 17-19psi in the Nano engine.

Yeah, I'm totally fine with that for this application. I'd rather have something that spools up more quickly lower in the power band. You can see over about 3500 rpm they may become a slight restriction. But this is a truck not a sports car. Bigger turbos would give you more up top but at the risk of softening up the low end response.

And I think that’s why the Bronco has the lowest HP out of any other 2.7 in fords lineup. All low end torque. Small turbo.

you only need that top end torque for 60-120mph. And this is a off road truck. Not a sports car. You don’t need That top end.

Where'd you find curb weight specs?

Should probably have an asterisk then, no? If it's longer, wider, taller, with turbos, and bigger wheels/tires how could it not weigh more?

most of the numbers for the bronco are either “targeted” or “est”

the ones with the asterisk are completely unknown.

Hijacking for a second, but how's this (4dr) compare to the Edge size wise.

Fords sites being all wonky still and Office Manager's kinda on the fence, as he wants to see it in person
