Ford couldn't care less about early reservation holders

It seems to be all the 2dr 2.7 MICs....We are 7/14 res. Nothing.

Good luck to anyone with a E5C - 2dr advanced 4x4 with auto engagement - everything else getting built before these.

Pretty sure changing to any 4dr or a non-SAS Base, BB, BD, or OBX (w/std part time 4x4) 2dr would get me built a lot sooner... but I'll keep on waiting before I compromise and buy something I don't want.

I just saw on FB a guy post that he order on 12/14/21 with no reservation a 4 door soft top 2.3 and he got a vin number today what bullshit this is

This is a well understood phenomenon at this point.

Soft top + dealer with few buildable orders = Will get built soon, regardless of reservation or order date, and probably regardless of any option or trim level

Are you unwilling to budge from MIC top? Have you ordered a two door? Does your dealer's allocation suck? Does your dealer not share any information with you about what their Bronco order book looks like?

If the answer is yes to ANY of these questions, you are in lottery land. You pays your money and you takes your chances.

Stephens Auto Center had a couple 2dr, 2.7 MIC get build dates for Feb but it is just a couple. 7/15 9:00am res.

Where did you get this information? Nobody has posted any February scheduling in the SAC thread.

From the looks of things Ford could care less about giving early reservation holders any priority. I would guess that since they know they have no chance of satisfying them after screwing them over for so long that Ford figures it makes more sense to prioritize new orders and dealer allocations over them.

I can only guess how much it disheartens the July reservation holders to see close to or even identical builds scheduled within weeks after a new customer makes an order with no reservation.

I am really tempted to go to one of the big Ford dealers with a large allocation and order my same build and take the one whichever one gets built first.

They cared about me after getting email I was pushed to 22 I received a vin and build date for a 21 and it came home today

My dealer stopped giving out the allocation number because he was getting tired of people calling and showing up at dealership trying to get on list and I am not going give up my order for the 2 door for a 4 door ,its 2 door or nothing
