Who here is using Ford Country in Henderson? I just got an email from Ford stating my reservation has been converted to an order, but I told the dealer this week that I was NOT ready to commit to them or the trim.

I cancelled my July reservation ( before the conversion date) and told them ( Henderson Ford) via email...but I still get emails concerning ordering...I believe they're in a learning curve on how this all works( it's too easy to send an email to "ALL")....I did receive confirmation from FORD when I cancelled the order and I have received my refund...I'm guessing all this "computer stuff" is just too new for some dealerships PLUS many have not seen this kind of volume of orders (reservations) concerning a new model ( with many options)...you may have to make a in-person visit to make sure the message gets through....good luck
