Ford Custom Garage Packages Are Easy New Way to Customize Vehicles

A must-have lineup of Ford trucks and SUVs is creating new opportunities to help customers imagine, build and show off the ride of their dreams with Ford Custom Garage, an easy new way for vehicle owners to customize their vehicle with exclusive, limited-edition appearance and performance upgrades that will change over time to stay fresh and unique.

Available for both on-road and off-road vehicles, Ford Custom Garage starts with two complete packages for Ford Bronco – Matte Black and Sinister Bronze, which will be showcased at the 2024 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show in Las Vegas.

Ford’s personalization and accessories business has grown more than 20 percent in the last five years, providing customers the opportunity to continue personalizing their vehicle to their lifestyle after purchase.

“Our customers want to make their vehicles all their own through upgrades that reflect their personal style and the latest trends,” said Kim Mathers, director of Ford Vehicle Personalization and Performance Parts. “Our team is constantly listening to customers and hunting for new trends we can offer as limited-edition Ford Custom Garage packages through our dealers – with every part designed and tested to our factory standards for peace of mind and easy installation.”

The packages are designed and released by Ford’s Vehicle Personalization and Performance Parts teams to provide precise fit and function that are covered by Ford’s new vehicle warranty and can be serviced by any Ford Dealer in the U.S.

The first Ford Custom Garage packages are now available at local Ford dealers across North America, starting with Matte Black and Sinister Bronze for Bronco. The complete kits can be ordered with just one part number that represents everything needed to upfit and modify a new or current generation purchased vehicle, from wheels to engine tune.

The Matte Black and Sinister Bronze packages for the Ford Bronco include:

• Ford Performance Parts Off-Road 2-inch lift Suspension Kit
• Ford Performance Parts Calibration Tool
• Five 17 x 8.5-inch custom wheels and black lug nuts
• Special grille letter caps, badges and smoked Ford oval
• Extended Fender Flares
• Updated Spare Tire Carrier

MSRP for each Ford Custom Garage package above is $5,200, excluding 35-inch Goodyear All-Terrain tires sold separately and dealer labor.
Additional packages coming soon include the Dark Trail Series for Bronco, Blue Free Wheeling for Bronco Sport and FP700S for F-150.

Pricing for each package will be available closer to each package’s on-sale date, while either a Ford dealer or ASE-certified shop can perform the installation.

It’ll be a mix of OEM parts, parts from Ford Accessories / Ford Performance Parts, and unique parts. It’s basically just pre-made upfit kits/bundles.

The obvious benefit here is it’s all covered by the factory warranty.

I would have been happy with the garage package involving a rear locker add on for $500. Meanwhile we are still waiting to see if 2025 build and price will actually be released before 2025….

mpeugeot's custom garage included the Eibach Pro Truck 2.0 struts ($999), RJ trackbar relocation bracket ($150), 4wp adjustable track bar ($225), custom Bronco badging ($89), RTR Tech 6 rims ($1250), Zone UCAs ($300), FORSCAN ($29) and J2534 scan tool ($120), 34.4" BFG KO2's ($1600), and a Rough Country tailgate reinforcement bracket.

I dunno, but I feel like I came out ahead by a fair margin at $4851... And labor was free(ish) and that was with better tires.

agreed that trail app is useless and requires me to log in on my phone first every time - which doesn't always work. Perhaps it's more attractive out west but in New England there are like 5 dirt roads in the database, most of which can be driven on in a Camaro.
