Was asking Bronco Nation in their Instagram live post and was told that they were not able to show the gvwr and payload sticker for the Badlands 2dr white Bronco. Curious as to why this is the case. Anyone have a clue or have been told the same?

Also fake exhaust note was said to not be present. Walk around video to be available this Friday or Saturday.

Most likely that will have to be certified and signed off on by the NHTSA. If they don't have such certification at this time, then that information cannot be made available. Same as fuel economy numbers and the like.

There are regs over pretty much every aspect of an automobile these days, that you and I don't know the ins and outs of them is not a surprise (unless that was your profession, then shame on you! :ROFLMAO:).

I asked about a 2" factory lift six ways from Sunday, and all he mentioned was the Sasquatch package. Ugh.

Maybe that all he knows at this point.

Probably because the sticker doesn’t exist because it’s not a production model which would need those sorts of things? Might be reading a little too far into that.

Edit: Also— asking BN for any new information in these Q&A type things will result in one of two outcomes:

1) disappointment, since they know as much (if not less) as we do and will only parrot what we already know.

2) surprise (with eventual anger and disappointment) if someone goes off script and fires out an answer to a question that they have no way of knowing the answer to. This answer inevitably causes anger and confusion because it’s usually never based in fact.

No, its there. I could send you about 10 grainy screenshots whenever I asked trick questions to show us stuff about the seat controls.

It doesnt really matter - we actually captured a 2 dr BL sas sticker that read 816 payload. So this isnt a "new" example. Same config.

The sticker is generated with the VIN and tire stickers. It isn't a sticker that is the same in every vehicle, so your mileage may vary.

They already have GVWR and GCVWR and payload numbers published.

There's not going to be a "factory" 2" lift. At most it will be a DIO. Only the super secret special people at Ford have access to the DIO list beyond what's in the B&P currently.

Also, it's probably not going to be DIO. A 2" lift will probably be a Ford Performance part that you'll have to buy after the fact.
