I mean, it's Koons Ford. This is probably their standard. As an added bonus, they'll try to force muffler bearing insurance on you, too!

Disagree if you want, but for me, personally, the peace of mind is worth the extra expense - I sleep better at night knowing I'll never be out of pocket when I inevitably throw a muffler bearing.
