Ford - Let us have Kodiak Brown!

It's a nice color but I bet that color will have a low take rate on the Bronco Sport. But it would be cool to see a Brown color or Kodiak Brown on the Bronco in the future.

If anyone is interested I'll be selling this 2013 F150 that is Kodiak Brown in hopefully 10 - 12 months.

I would even throw in a wash and the graduation decorations if the price is right.

The low take rate is part of the appeal as it won't look like every other BS on the road. Part of the reason why A51 on the Bronco has dropped down on my choices is because everyone seems to be in love with it after the Overland Concept was revealed.

I completely agree, some of the coolest colors from Ford or other brands are the low take rates. One of the reasons I’m going with the rapid red is because I don’t see many Fords in that color. But Kohima would definitely be a killer color on the midsize Bronco.

I'm not sure what people who love silver/gray paint do for work (probably accounting), but I think they are trying to form some sort of cult with mind control powers to force the world to be color blind.

Exactly. My son's 1970 Bronco is a "Rootbeer Float" (see my avatar and guess why I choice my user name), and we both think my new 2-door should also be a rootbeer float.

Kodiak Brown is not exactly the right shade of brown, but it's close enough to save me money not having to paint or wrap my Bronco.

I am in on it, but it needs an accent color like a beige or cream.

Wimbledon White goes well with it, but any creamy color would work.

MIC Gray and Brown... I'd think about it, but it sure sounds like a total disaster.

Kodiak is the name of a city. It cannot be trademarked or copyrighted.

And bronco is the name of a horse.... It’s just bad form is all I’m saying. I’m not a brown vehicle guy so never knew Ford used the name till now. And I’m a big Kodiak guy so I find it distasteful
