Sorry for my ignorance, but does a TSB give a resolution to the issue, are dealerships to implement a fix before a vehicle is delivered, or is it just an FYI of a known issue?

Technical Service Bulletin. Not a recall, just a “fix” if a vehicle exhibits a certain issue. Sometimes it’s build date driven or from a certain plant. The fix is putting felt on certain points on the top frame. Didn’t read the whole thing, just looked at the tech instructions quickly before leaving work.

I bought the PPF and will inspect mine closely once it finally shows up (maybe this week?). If there is felt applied I'll just keep an eye on it, especially once it gets hot again here. If it moves or falls off I think I'll use the high heat felt tape that's used on my Big Green Egg bbq, that glue should easily hold at what ever temp the interior gets in summer, as it hasn't melted on my BGE at frequent over 500F. Certainly should work better than the sticky felts for chairs that always come off.

I took mine down ever-so-carefully last week and… chip. twice @&$! It was a late Nov build

I think I’m gonna bring this up to my dealer, as well as the poor paint job in my door hinge areas. I ordered the ppf from iag though. AND I already have a bottle of touchup paint
