On other forums I belong to, we are always happy for the manufacturers to be involved and to have a point of contact when issues are unresolved at dealerships. I am not sure why people would see Ford dropping off this forum as a good thing but I am new around here so maybe there is a history.

I don't really think it is good or bad as I feel like most of the posts made by that account were honestly just filler. Must be a cost savings initiative at Ford due to all the unsold Bronco inventory sitting on lots .

It's honestly not just Ford. Try owning a Kia . I really like my EV6 GT, but the manufacturer is inept at customer service and I'm happy I leased it (mainly as a defense against the massive residual value loss of EVs).

1 year in and have been through a lemon law settlement with a lawyer involved plus I just got a coupon from Kia for an oil change discount (they don't even know what car I own from them). WTF!

I don't believe for a second @Ford Motor Company has stopped monitoring anything... I trust that as much as I trust the NSA not to monitor domestic communications.

So they won't respond here in a useful manner anymore... How's that any different from before?
