They helped me out when I had a bad turbo wastegate issue. Even got an Extended warranty free from them for it.

On other forums I belong to, we are always happy for the manufacturers to be involved and to have a point of contact when issues are unresolved at dealerships. I am not sure why people would see Ford dropping off this forum as a good thing but I am new around here so maybe there is a history.
I don't really think it is good or bad as I feel like most of the posts made by that account were honestly just filler. Must be a cost savings initiative at Ford due to all the unsold Bronco inventory sitting on lots :).

It's honestly not just Ford. Try owning a Kia :). I really like my EV6 GT, but the manufacturer is inept at customer service and I'm happy I leased it (mainly as a defense against the massive residual value loss of EVs).

1 year in and have been through a lemon law settlement with a lawyer involved plus I just got a coupon from Kia for an oil change discount (they don't even know what car I own from them). WTF!

Ford Motor Company's "Bronco Brand Manager" should actively make use of Bronco6G, an invaluable resource and means of connecting with a major segment of his AOR's customer base.

Confirmed, @604Bronco is their new secret Canadian account. Just send over your VIN and he'll remote into your Bronco and fix everything, even the fatal double-honk plague.

This image is my favorite so far. LOL.

I don't believe for a second @Ford Motor Company has stopped monitoring anything... I trust that as much as I trust the NSA not to monitor domestic communications.

So they won't respond here in a useful manner anymore... How's that any different from before?
