When i busted a tailight, i was on back order with no release date. I contacted them on here, they were able to do some work and I got the light the next week.

So I have had a profile on this forum registered as ford reply to different problems with send me your vin and they will see why they can do. Is this a scam? Whenever I have replied I get basic replies and nothing specific to what I’m asking about.

It is not a scam, they actually will have someone reach out to the dealership your vehicle is being serviced at or was serviced at

sounds exactly like Ford. call Ford and get same thing. use online chat with Ford and get same thing
