I'm curious if Ford conducted an owner satisfaction survey. A search on Google and on bronco6g.com came up empty. I think this is the first time i ever bought a new vehicle and the manufacturer didn't send me a survey to hear my thoughts. I realize that not everyone would get a survey even if Ford did send them, but I'm just curious if they did.

I bought mine two weeks ago, I did get a survey from the dealership, but I don't recall getting one from Ford yet.

I could see them giving it some time instead of hitting you with it right away.

I got one from Ford. I really lit into them for lying to those of us who were the original reservation holders. They probably cancelled the whole satisfaction survey program after reading my blistering response.

Got two of them personally. One in 2022, another this past year.

The one from 2022 came directly from Ford as far as I could tell. The one this past year was done in partnership with Bronco Nation and Adventure ORX (the company that runs the Bronco Off-Roadeo).

Ford does not read your response. This survey just tanks your salesperson and he gets yelled at, possibly fired.

I got the shocks recall notice in the mail ... I guess that's them telling me how satisfied I should be.

For my VWs I used to always get satisfaction surveys from JD Powers and the like, outside of the initial dealer survey I've gotten nothing with the Bronco.

I’ve gotten a few directly from Ford. The last one last week was on our 3 year anniversary of ownership.

I would believe Ford pays attention to the survey results. I know for a fact Ford listened and responded to a letter campaign concerning the Mustang a few decades ago. Ford considered making the Mustang on what was eventually the Probe. The massive amount of negative letters received by Ford made them cancel the front wheel drive Mustang. I watched a documentary on the subject and the quote from the Ford executive was, “ the massive amount of letters , with a majority of them questioning our ancestry ( aka SOB’) had a direct effect on the product decision.

Yeah they did after about a year and a half. I wrote a lenghty honest response about their quality and the disappointment of multiple check engine lights and dealership visits I had to have while on a summer long road trip in my bronco that only had 5k miles at the time. You could even requested to be contacted further so I did. Never heard back from them and it's been 6 months. Maybe they retired that program with their forum bot... it was a good attempt at making it look like they gave a dam about what we thought.

No survey from Ford Motor Company, but I am genuinely very pleased with the design, engineering, and quality of my Bronco in these first 2 months.

Sadly, I don't feel the same about the dealership. For many years, I have not been very happy at the dealership (very close to home) with the multiple Fords I have owned. So for those cars, I drove further from home for servicing. As I considered my Bronco order, I thought of using other dealerships but the local dealership was now under new ownership. What could go wrong using them to order a new Bronco directly from Ford? -- Plenty!

The salesman was fine. (He did not know how to drive MT. So my pickup had to be scheduled with the only sales rep that does drive stick. This is a generation issue, not a strike against any dealerships.)

However, there were multiple surprising dealer prep issues: incomplete cleaning, window protector tabs not removed, "free" front license plate installed by drilling holes into the grille, and leaving the plastic bag of the door removal kit in the engine compartment -- which I discovered days later when it dropped down onto the belt pulley system and created a strange noise and smell. (I took a video of the engine compartment, removed the bag, and immediately brought the Bronco to the dealership.)

In summary:
  • Very happy with my 2024 Bronco.
  • Not so happy with the dealership.
