Ford Pass Points disappeared

Has anyone else had issues with their points? I've had my 42,000 vehicle purchase points in my account since a few days after I took delivery in February. Just noticed I have a message saying I redeemed 42,000 points on March 25th. I haven't been to the dealership at all or ordered anything, I'll be calling tomorrow but wondering if anyone else had had the same thing happen??

Yep, same thing happened to me. Asked my dealership about it when I got my new tires installed and the said call Ford, haven’t done that yet…

Does your app say you redeemed them or did they just vanish?

Mine disappeared too a while back, I called Ford and they took care of it and put them back.

This reminds me I need to call Ford. I have the Ford pass app, can log in and see my bonus 20,000 points. But when I try to claim my 42,000 points it tells me I need the app .... All while I'm actually using the app
