This is great news, did you buy your tune directly from ford or from a 3rd party?

Hey @lanline! In our case, we bought directly from Ford’s Accessories site, but we have reason to believe that they would arrange something similar for those who purchased the tune from an authorized third party reseller (but expect it to take longer and possibly be a bit more convoluted if—for example—they have to pass the refund through the reseller).

I’m getting a check back for mine from Lethal Performance - so 3rd party sales worked too. Ford arranged it all in the background and the folks at Lethal were very good about it - great shop.

Pretty much did the same thing as @FormerRotor - was persistent but not rude or entitled.

Awesome! Kudos to Lethal as I’m sure it was a bit of a pain for them to have to refund as well.

It’s funny, especially in the internet/email space so many folks forgot that people (who work for companies) will help people they like. Direct, honest communication (coupled with a bit of kindness & persistence) goes a long way. Glad it worked out for you @Brian_B! And just because of your post and knowing they made it right, I’ll be adding Lethal Performance to my list of trusted suppliers next time I “need” anything!
