I just installed the ProCal today (9/16/24). I bought it months ago, and I was concerned after reading this thread that it would no longer retain the auto stop start setting. I followed the instructions precisely and, when I downloaded the updated calibration, I received the warning about the tune not being compliant in California. After the install, the Bronco DOES retain the auto stop start setting, thankfully. That's one of the features I wanted from the calibration. I have a 2023 with the 2.7L so I can't speak to the rev matching.

Question here...
I performed a ProCal update at the beginning of July on my 2D MT Badlands non-squatch. It must have been before the Ford changes because I maintained my rev matching and auto off disable.

I am planning to get the severe duty steering rack which I understand uses ProCal. When I program the new rack will that make me loose rev match and auto-off disable?
Supposedly the features were pulled in early July...maybe you lucked out by the day?

@lethaljake: Can you/Lethal provide any specifics as to what functions (calibration update?, FDU replacement?, Steering Rack Replacement?) may/will cause existing MT Owners' tunes to "update" and lose rev-matching? I've reached out to Ford for the same, but no official word back.
