I received a survey. I have a reservation for a wildtrak. I answered “no”, which ended the survey. I was hoping it would ask why or give a survey asking which option were missing etc..

I wrote a brief statement regarding the lack of painted top and interior options. Hopefully someone at Ford reads it.
Same here, and I did the same

I got one. 7/14 reservation for BD. Honestly not missing much w/ this survey. As others have said mostly demographics/interests/vehicle usage. I asked about
-Mid Pkg below manual BD
-what is "late availability" for ManSquatch
-why no white top on ALL '21 models

They are treading water, it basically says why haven't you confirmed your reservation yet and we need to know where we screwed up.

Again, I'm always left out of Ford emails :'( . Ford should be offering something to those who take they survey. Anytime someone takes a survey they are providing valuable information to someone. And they should be compensated in some way.

Somebody pass me some of that popcorn, this thread ain’t close to dying....

I’m making Margaritas from the tears of the broken-hearted on this thread...

Personally, rooftop load and towing are the only things I am disappointed with in this vehicle, but I can make it work. ?

As an early FE reservation holder, now that B&P came out I'm on the fence about getting a '21 at all. I may just wait a model year or two for FORD to get their specs together. If I'm going to invest in a vehicle, I want it to be worth my money.

At this point I'll more than likely get my wife the '21 GMC Yukon instead.
Yep, if no update to interior options for FE then I’m bailing. I’m a huge Bronco fan but not for >60k for two tone interior. Most of the versions have stupid interior options. I think Ford’s interior designer should get fired.

Roof load i’m sure will be solved by the aftermarket. With towing... I think the aftermarket will figure that out too. If a ZJ Cherokee can tow over 6k pounds... they must have a lot of headroom.

Doing some research I saw someone in the JL forums say that part of the cap is the fact that it’s a convertible. No idea if that’s true or not ?‍♂

I dunno, the questions are so canned. It seems like the new intern (and progeny of the VP of Something) just got their first assignment.

Taking a look at comments, I see people going down in trim due to interior color choices. But I also see people going up in trims due to options (wanting high package for instance).

I see em both

Personally I reserved the obx thinking it was everything j wanted. Then as I learned the tiny differences in exterior details (wheels, body color wide mirror)... I found that I gravitated more towards the badlands or wildtrak than I did obx. Also the obx interior isn't for me either. So I ended up going up in trims
I don’t think that OBX interior is for anyone... Maybe just Missy and Barb.. Complete trash

If the survey author had gone to an engineering or marketing school, the “no” answer should have led to at least a dozen drill-down questions. Only salesmen blow past the negative response.
