Ford Slide-Out and Security Drawer

After trying to find something close, thought I would ask the dumb question of the day; anyone tried to mount the Ford Slide-Out Tailgate to the top of the Ford Ford Cargo Area Security Drawer?

I dont think it's possible as the slide out tailgate requires removing the whole bottom of the trunk. There is this product that I know of though:

The slide-out tailgate is standard on the HE and was wondering if the Ford Cargo Area Security Drawer would fit on top via the "D" ring mounts.

Oh so the opposite of your initial post - sounds a bit more plausible for sure. The D rings on the slide out tailgate look like they are not in the same position as the standard floor ones. Maybe measure the spacing and someone can check it against the standard ones. Looks too wide to me.

Yeah, my bad. I know the slide-out is actually deeper than the drawer but when I started typing I suddenly developed dyslexia.

I have been looking for install pics and the instructions for the slide-out but have so far have only found @Who iz has installed it.

Check your measurements. The cargo area is tapered on the sides. As you go up from the floor the walls get narrower. It wouldn't be too difficult to just make your own. Some heavy duty drawer slides and quality plywood. Bolt it to the D-Ring mounts on top of the lock box.
