Ok I know you can plug a tire on the trail or at home etc etc.

I had a 2013 Shelby with this type of tire inflator and sealant kit instead of a spare tire. My simple question I, why wouldn't it work on a Bronco? I understand if the sidewall is damaged it won't help, but what would.

I mean you are on the trail or out and about town and get a hole in the tread area, would this be enough to seal and inflate it?

1) depends on the size of the hole. 2) don’t put that junk in your tire.

Would it work: likely yes. But it would also ruin the TPMS sensor and make a hell of a mess out of the tire machine of the poor SOB who eventually dismounts the tire. A full size spare and/or plug kit and compressor is a better option.
