Bronco Support Team……….. Or lack of!!!
Where is our 21 Bronco Badlands? It seems to have gone Missing In Action!
Here is the rundown:
9/30/20 made 2 Reservations.
3/5/21 confirmed order for a 21 Badlands 4DR, Area51, Squatch, Lux, MIC, Tow.
PRIORITY CODE 2 build.
9/30/21 Scheduled for Production week of 12/6/21 and assigned VIN.
11/21/21 Rescheduled for Production week of 12/13/21
12/15/21 In Production.
12/26/21 “Built” with an ETA of 1/23-28/22
1/13/22 Shipped with ETA 1/28-2/3.
2/8/22 ETA update 2/8-14.
2/17/22 ETA update 2/19-25.
3/1/22. ETA update 3/1-7.
3/7/22. Per call with Bronco Support Team ETA update 3/11/22.
Dealership had been great to work with. Known my salesman a long time and purchased several Fords from them. The GM is a personal friend. However, they can not find the Bronco or get a answer as to why the delay. The dealership has had Broncos arrive that were built after ours and also shipped after our Bronco. Their regional rep has no answers either.
I’ve spent hours on the phone with the Bronco Support Team and Ford Customer Service only to get the runaround and no answers. Their standard response is “It’s in transit and contact your dealership for updates”. There are no updates on the TRACK MY ORDER page - as of last week it stopped updating.
NO ONE that I have been able to reach at FORD or my Dealership seems to know where it is. It’s been TWO months since it was shipped!
VERY disappointing, VERY disappointed in FMC. VERY disappointed in the Bronco Support Team.
1 remaining RESERVATION. What to do????? @Ford Motor Company
