We took a trip this last weekend and got to a point to where the road went through the edge of a lake. Decided to go for it and she took it like a champ! Our son thought it best to get out and film it. :D

Well I can now say that the doors seal well and didn't let water in! 👍

Although that's the deepest water we've seen a bronco in yet, barely up to the bottom of the doors for a split second doesn't really quantify the seal ability.

When you get your bronco you can test it and please let us know how deep is too deep.

Nice! and Thanks!

How about under it all? Have you been able to check out the breathers and such? I'm really just asking for real world confirmation of a production unit in a real owners hands.

Thanks. Have fun.

Thanks for sharing this. I was curious how well the seals would hold up.

Next time, you’ll have to go deeper! (That’s what she said…)

You are right. But I didn't want to sit in the mud/water for too long. :) But the other side was actually a bit deeper and we did have to come back through. Regardless, it was good to see that no water entered and that we didn't get stuck!

I was only partially kidding about the doors off. I wonder how submerged the interior can get and survive (assuming the washout floors). I'm guessing about an inch or two above the floor might be it. Not sure how high up the electronics are under dash.

Don't forget the floor level A/C vents in the rear... 😕

Diff breathers. Anyone verify where they are? That’s my first concern in deep water.
