FordPass Rewards Points can now be redeemed online starting (updated date: February 8, 2023)

I couldn’t get the 15% discount to apply, ordered anyways. Chatted with Ford, who told me I could cancel my order and could reorder with the discount (but can only do so within 1 hour of the initial order), but they had no idea how or when the Ford Points I used on the original order would be returned to me. I opted to keep my order because I didn’t want to permanently lose my points.

I cannot for the life of me successfully log on to my account via ford accessories. The main ford website lets me in no problem, but the accessories page wont let me log in, and therefore not use the points! any one run into this?

You need to clear all cookies related to ford's website from your browser. I also couldn't login to the accessory page because it was giving a "request header too large" http error.

Cleared cookies and login works now

Glad this popped back up was able to order my hitch mount and installation for 140.00 between the GET15 and ford pass points!

I wish they would allow you to use your points at a dollar value and if you don't have enough finish your payment with a credit card.
There is an accessory I want, but I'm $212.13 short of points.
Looks like I with have to bite the discount and purchase it from a dealer.
