Hello everyone.
I don't live in the USA so I did not have a choice to spec my Bronco with a locker. It was either Badlands or Outer Banks with all the creature comforts. So I went with Outer Banks.
I want a rear locker and have been digging into how to get a rear locker.
Now I need some help. If anyone can help out I would very much appreciate it.
What I need is a screenshot of the forscan page for the AWD module settings (or several if there is more than one).
I need this for a 4x4 normal (not advanced) with open diffs on both ends, no sway bar disconnect and 10 speed automatic with 3.73 gears (pretty sure the gears have to be 3.73 with that configuration).
I will compare that to my configuration.
I want to see if I can add a (rear) locker and enable it in the GOAT modes. I have already figured out where to connect the locker.
If I am correct I believe by enabling the correct AWD setting, connecting the locker to the correct point, and changing the hero switch pack, I can "upgrade" to a rear locker integrated into GOAT modes while keeping the 3.73 gearing (I know I will need a new ring gear).
If I am successful I promise to do a nice writeup for anyone else to follow if they wish.
Thanks and regards,
Sam.
