Four 2Ds on Dealership Lot

I just stopped for a minute at the dealership down the street from my house. They had four two-door broncos on the lot--2021 models. Two were wild tracks, one big bend, and one without badges. Each of them had larger aftermarket wheels on them. The window stickers ranged from $66K to $76K.

It's just a little annoying that the local dealer has so many on the lot and I haven't heard a word about my 7/15 reservation for a 2D Base.

I could only hope that were true. My understanding is that 2Ds have been far and few between because they come only with hardtops.

Wonder if they were stolen from people that ordered them by adding Adm? What color were the window stickers?

The window stickers did not show ADM. They just had a total price.

66k to 76k sounds like at least 15k ADM

My fully loaded 2dr WT Lux is $55k

My dealer(Villa Ford of Orange) has 5 right now, each at 25K over and all have green window stickers. Sorry, 6 2 doors.

The one without a Badge was a Base because all Base owners know.......

I saw the same thing at my Dealer. 20K ADM and they were Wildtraks

I drove about an hour to another dealer the other week (when debating on putting my order in before the cutoff) who had 2 2DR Bronco's, both 7MT, which is what I ordered.

One of them was a Base, one a Black Diamond. Both had been lifted by the dealer and given 33" (Base) and 35" (Black Diamond) A/T Tires, matte black wheels, and a healthy $20k over MSRP for modifications and ADM.

Local dealer has a hot pepper red Base two door with manual trans. Only two options are keyless entry pad, and tailgate table. Lists 31K has it marked up 5K. Two doors are going to become harder to get from what I was shown. 17% build rate is the word.

Annoying for sure.

If they didn't steal the 2DR from customers, they likely got them from other dealers at a premium thinking they could still get money.

The question is if you have any other constraints other than the top. I know the 2DR is harder because of the MIC top, but MIC top alone isn't the biggest problem. My second order, a 2DR base with only the auto trans as an option got a build date within 2 months of the late November order. My other 2DR Black Diamond is still waiting. If you have no other constraints that really really really sucks given how many jumped the line ahead of you including my second order.

It’s funny you say that. My BB soft top is exactly what I wanted and how I ordered it and I couldn’t be happier with it.
