I also went with the Kentrol bracket and use the upper left (as you look at it) set of holes. Might change it to the upper center holes later though.

anyone come up with solution for the standard bumper mount, and moving it down. It doesnt look as bad as the steel bumper but still not ideal. If I were to move it down into the middle of the standard bumper, would I be blocking any sensors or stopping airflow?

My front license plate bracket prototype will be ready this week and put on multiple Broncos to validate fit/function. I promise the engineering and production capacity far exceeds Webasto. I’m thinking I’ll have them ready to sell before Labor Day.

Did you have to drill anything, or were you able to attach using factory holes?

From Vince Holt Facebook Bronco6x:
He fabbed this up from 16 guage sheet metal. Bit of an air dam, but a nice clean option. Didn’t see a shot from far out.

Do you happen to have a link to this? Are they available to purchase?

Apparently the sales rep was wrong about it coming from the factory pre-drilled, but he also said they HAVE to install it before sale in Colorado by law…
Simple solution - I'm moving next week to (insert neighboring state name here) and they don't require front plate so do not install the bracket.

Seems like to try and make it a straight up and down plate the mounting bracket is excessively long by a solid 2 inches...I'm planning more to allow it follow the curve of skid plate more, but I've got plenty of time before mine gets here

Only thing I had to do was expand the bracket a little bit to be able to get the rubber friction washers between the shackle mount and the bracket. No drilling needed.

That on the modular or the one regular on I'm getting on the OBX?

There are a few you can find that mount to a front shackle. I am planning on going this route if it will work.

Right now this is my plan as well. With 7 different mounting positions, should be easy enough to avoid impacting any sensors.

I may try and make a modification to mount it with a locking hitch pin instead of the bolt - that way it can be quickly removed without tools if I need to attach a shackle.
