Right. Makes sense. That was just the picture w/ circle my dealer sent me.

So in an effort to get a little more information, I called Ford a couple minutes ago, the person I spoke with in the Bronco group said the front plate will be mounted on the bumper itself, will not cover up any part of the grille and will not cover the paint beneath the grille. I asked about the radar, she said the sensors are further to the side and the front plate won’t interfere with the radar. Wish we had more to go on but that’s what I got so far.
Cool! Thank you for calling and asking.

I really want to believe this, but looking at the Mod bumper, I don’t know where else the radar sensor would go...

(I wonder if your rep was referring to the parking sensors on the bumper. )

Good point, not sure about that. I’ll let y’all know if I find out anything else.

It looks like a crab to me. The bumper is like two claws holding its lunch. Now I can't un-see the crab faced base bronco.
Rorschach would be proud of that assessment. 🤪

Don't need one here in the sunshine state. But now I will have to figure out where to hang my " BRONCO NATION" plate with my membership #. Problem solved, it will have to go on front of the "68".

@AZbronco1 there is a really thin double sided tape that you could get... about as thin a regular Scotch tape. It holds extremely well also. I can try to get the brand or a place to order it from if you’d like.

All states that have front plates should get rid of them immediately. Probably will be my first mod for mine.

AJ sign tape... you can get it on amazon

I use it sometimes to add strips to press break tools to increase the radius... pretty tough to get it back off so be sure you want it where you’re putting it.

We need to run a video contest who can take the POS off and shit-can it the fastest ??!! I'll jump the gun and tell the dealer to throw mine in the back seat so I can toss it into the In N Out trash can while getting burgers on the way home. For not Kalifornians In n out is the second best burger chain here in Kalifornia next to Tommies!!

Zach at Granger assured me that my front bracket would not be installed. I can worry about it after I drive it home.
At least here in Texas, which is a front plate state, the temporary dealer tag only is put on the back. As far as I'm aware, you can't get in trouble for not having a front plate until it expires / you put the real plate on. Unless something has changed in the last few years legally that I'm not aware of. This would allow people to figure out a front plate solution for those of us who want to be legal.
