Hey Guys,

I have a 23 BL 2D and have taken the front MIC pieces on and off a dozen times or so. Currently, having an issue getting the front driver's MIC off as sometimes the front MIC pieces seem to get stuck on with the front/inside connection., that looks like a big metal torx screw. All 8 latches always release easily, and passenger MIC is also still on because it sits below driver(driver side goes off first and on last), but am I missing something really easy here?

Sometimes it seem I have to keep punching the inside latch from underneath to finally get it to pop up. Almost like that inner front torx screw is stuck in. Finally got it by punching that latch up several times, pretty hard, until it popped. Does anyone else have this issue? Any smarter methods to keep it from sticking? That piece has not been on all-winter, etc. as I just had it off a couple of weeks ago.

I have found it a bit tricky to get the front panels loose as well. In my case, I learned it you lift up on the rear of the panel slightly while pulling back or pushing forward, it seems to pop right out. If you look at the fitting from the top, once the panel is out, you can kind of see how it works. There's kind of an alignment/flange bolt that fits into a hole that's narrow at both ends, but more open in middle.
