Why is no one specifying Sasquatch vs non Sasquatch. Or 2.3 vs 2.7. Impossible to gauge anything w/o that.

for me, I’d say anything under 15 would be disappointing. Assuming 70/30 (around town)/highway. For a 2.7 4 dr sas. Really hope it’s not 12 mpg like raptor guys get for ‘around town’ mpg.

Whatever it ends up being, my safety net justification will always be- At least it takes regular! Lol

I'd be happy to average 20 with a BL 2.7 AT 33's. My F-150 (3.5 AT) gets 19 Now and 21 in the summer. Used to be over 22 highway in the summer, but new KO2's knocked mpg down a bit.

Correct. A 2.3 base with stock tires is going to be much different than a 2.7 with SAS and more rolling resistance..

My 2011 F-150 with a 5.0 V8 is getting around 16 mpg in town, last time I went to Sturgis from San Diego in 2014 pulling a 2 bike trailer believe it or not I was getting around 22 mpg, I'll be smiling at whatever MPGs I get in my New Bronco 😀
I just turned in my F150 lease, also had the Coyote. Barely made it over 20k miles. I set Trip-1 at delivery and never touched it. The overall MPG was 17.5

Not what do you expect, but "if I get at least [x], I'll be satisfied/happy". Talking calculated from the pump number, not the indicated.
...
My 21 year old VW gets 20 driving to work (mostly highway). If the 2.7 Bronco beats that, I'm happy.

97% certain it's going to be fine.

I'm thinking because the 2.7 is a TT should get at best highway 20+. Wife drives a TT (4 cylinder) BMW and that thing is beast on mileage 30+.

My last 4 vehicles were a wrangler YJ, TJ, Honda Element and a Cherokee.

Only the Cherokee got over 20mpg and the TJ got less then 15.

So somewhere in between would be fine.

I also drive my 1967 firebird as often as I can and that gets 9-11mpg. So that's a thing.

It depends on how heavy your foot is, what the shape of the power curve is and when the turbos really start to work. The 2.7 off idle is almost twice as much as the 2.3, iirc. That would indicate to me that if I kept it under 2500-3000 then that turbo will stay fairly quiet and that it will sip fuel rather than shotgun it. That being said, if the 2.7 Squatch doesn't get at least F150 numbers then I will be surprised.

I have had two 2.7 F150s. Both ended up getting 19 average combined mpg. Any of the Broncos with skid plates and HD bumpers and 33s or bigger will likely not match that. The F150 has the chin spoiler and underbody tray that improve aerodynamics. It also has 32” tires, much less aggressive than the KO2 ATs or 35” SQ tires. I expect 17 combined would be very good. Most of us will probably see 15-16. 2.3 in my sons Ranger consistently gets about 10% better than my F150, so maybe 18-19 combined? We both drive sort of average styles, I don’t drive for economy, but not hammering it at every stoplight.

I'm not judging! The 2.3 has more juju than my Vic and I have never juiced it above 3k. But what do I want? The 2.7 -- I'm so stupid.
