Hey all, I'm not trying to start another 2 door vs 4 door war here 😂. I originally ordered a 4 door for the cargo space, etc because I sold my truck. I recently bought a used truck, so I want to go 2 door. That small 16.9 gallon fuel tank is my only hang up. Any of you lucky 2 door owners care to share what kind of range you're getting on a tank of gas?

Depending on how you drive, 310 to 321 miles would be my guess. Based on MPG and capacity.

I asked on a FB group and I got answers ranging from 220 to 360 miles depending on trim. With the 2.7 and Sas I don't see anything above 300 miles happening. Most said they were getting 17-18mpg with 2.7 + Sas.

When I fill up my 2Dr 2.7 SAS, the range is never over 300. It usually says 295 for me and I think that's being generous. Mostly city driving with auto start/stop disabled, I'm averaging around 15.5 - 16 mpg on Costco 93 premium fuel. If I used every drop of fuel in the tank with 16mpg, the range would only be 270.4 miles.

My 2dr 2.7 Basesquatch averages between 16 and 17 on the lie-o-meter. Mostly errands and such around town. I have seen 20mpg after resetting it on the highway while traveling 45 miles at 65. I agree with the others 300 miles is the most we will see, and I'm going to be looking into a Jerry Can mount with whatever rear bumper solution I come up with.

Thanks all. Less than 300 miles isn't much when you plan to roadtrip to remote destinations. Jerry cans are a must anyway, but it seems like I'd want a couple more than usual. Tough decision for me lol

This estimate is if you drive to empty...if you refill at 1/4 tank then about 250 miles...

Hey, so took my Wildtrak to the office, 1st time. Filled the truck, range showed 247 miles. That is absurd to be under 300 mile range... Hope they will have larger tanks / upgrades soon! I'm not going to fill up every day!!! Yes, I was on MT when I got home (1.5hr commute each way).

For those of you with a 2-Door 2.3L Manual Badlands Non-SAS, what kind of mileage are you getting?

The trucks at the Off-Roadeo, with tanks full, showed a range of 62 miles :ROFLMAO:. The Bronco calcs your range based on the MPG average the truck has experienced. Those Off-Roadeo Broncos had never been on the pavement to rack up "normal" fuel economy numbers.
So, take the "miles to empty" estimate with a grain of salt.
