And this is why I tried to discredit the idea that there will be a full size bronco in the original thread. There is already so much misinformation about the Bronco as it stands. Last thing we need is even more disinformation.

The Ranger/Everest/Bronco are hardly small at 73" wide. At a glance most people probably can't even tell the difference between today's "midsize" and a full-size truck or SUV.

And Ford isn't doing much in the way of "buildup" to it.

I am glad to see that Ford Authority owned up to their overenthusiastic speculation. With all the auto blogs battling for the title of least credible, it's nice to know at least one can plead guilty to irresponsibly fostering hyperbole.

Vehicles have to be bigger nowadays, simply due to safety features ESPECIALLY when it comes to width. Assuming the Bronco is 73” it will honestly be a great size, that’s what size my Escape is and the old explorers were as well. It’s honestly the perfect size IMO, still fits great in parking spots but plenty of interior room. The Wrangler which is a bit narrower is definitely a bit cramped inside. The full-size trucks and new explorers (80” IIRC?) are way too wide.
