8/7 - I took a cut at an Excel spreadsheet gear ratio/speed calculator, starting with 2.3L and manual transmission. Transfer case ratio, final drive ratio, and tire size are selectable. I'm attaching the file for anyone who wants to play with it. I'm going to work one up for 2.7L/auto as well and will post when complete. Comments/criticism appreciated. Enjoy!

8/11 - Rev. 1 attached with 2.3L with 10-speed auto on a new tab.

8/13 - Rev. 2 attached with 2.7L/10-speed auto on a new tab. Thanks to Five Star Tuning for having 2nd Gen 2.7L EB dyno graph available on their website.

9/22 - Rev. 3 attached, updated to include 2.3L manual transmission with Sasquatch. ?Congratulations to you hearty souls who kept the faith and got this configuration! And thank you, Ford, for supporting your customers!

11/12 - Rev.4 attached, limiting displayed speeds to 120 mph. Sample image below.

12/4 - Rev. 5 attached which does not limit displayed speeds. Calculate at your own discretion. :)

Nice job, do you plan to make more updates, adding the 2.7L with Auto Trans?

Hi North7, thanks - yes, will work up 2.7L/auto. Looking for a graph of 2.7L EB hp & torque curves but no joy so far. Signed, nurd who's killing time until Build & Price comes on line. . . . ?

This is fantastic OP. 2500 RPM at 85 mph in 10th gear with Sasquatch is perfect to me. I feel like ford hit the gear ratios perfectly.

85 mph on 35" M/Ts - I'm thinking that will sound like a B-17 bomber outbound from the Schweinfort raid :)

Any chance you can update this to reflect the sasquatch offering on the 2.3 now?

How much will air resistance affect the higher speed numbers do you think?

A lot. That nice boxy front end and things like big wheel wells, roof racks, brush guards, etc. are not friends of going fast. Feed in lots of fuel. :)

My brother-in-law brought up during lunch with my wife and I about how bad on gas it would be and I muttered loudly under my breath to shut up lol. (Wife wants me to get something with decent mileage ?).

Relatively speaking, 2.3L and 2.7L EB fuel economy should to be pretty good! Bronco is just not optimized to go down the road at 90 mph.

I drive about 65 mph in a 70 in the middle lane of the highway if that paints a picture lol. I'm going to be something amazing when I am elderly.

Wife and I are already going to wait until MY 22 to get a white modular roof. Might be inclined to wait another year if it get us a just-as-powerful and more fuel efficient hybrid.
