We have completed our design for a 10" subwoofer enclosure!

This box is designed for the 10" Kicker CompRT. So other 10's most likely will not fit. We are working on a design for the JL 10TW. That will be dropping soon.

This box will have you feeling the bass! The kicker Key500.1 drives this sub very well. We highly recommend the remote bass control.

Currently only available for the 4-door Bronco.

Enclosure Specs:

  • ~0.540 CuFt inside volume
  • Sealed Box
  • Made from PETG plastic
  • 8MM thick walls
  • About 24"x11"x11" in size.
  • 3-1/4" MAX speaker mounting depth
  • Includes all mounting hardware
Available now: ORDER HERE

What's not included:
  • Amp wire and speaker wire
  • Fuse Block
  • Signal wire to RCA
  • Polyfill
  • Amp
  • Subwoofer
  • Remote

Unlike our 8" boxes, the amp will have to be remotely mounted.

I installed the 10" in my 4dr. a week ago. I used u Kilmat 100mil and covered almost the entire box prior to installation. That was an error... The box is so precise, the thicness of the sound deadening prevented fitment. I had to cut and peel sections off in locations such as the bottom below the subwoofer, top, and sides. Unfortunately, I didn't take any good photos, but I say if you use the same thickness as I did, it may be woth applying in sections and trying fitment. Once confirmed, then rollout with a roller.

The end result for me was excellent! I paired with the Kicker Comp RT as outlined above and powered via AudioControl D6.1200 (4ohm bridged). The bass is great! No rattle, clean, deep bass the fits perfectly with my Focal F3E upfront and Focal components in the rear. I also added as much sound deadening as i could fit inside of the fender, and the wheen well box (hump). No rattles have been noticed.

Additionally, William was great to work with. We discussed his 8in. L7 option (I've used L7s in the past and am biased for them) but decided to use all of my amps ability and the comp has far greater frequency. Range (per spec sheet). He even took the time to discuss when I was having trouble getting the box to fit due to the sound deadening. A+++

Interesting...I'm pretty happy with my stock enclosure modded with an 8" JL, will keep this in mind if I feel the need to go 10".

@GearShade - let me know when you get the itch for a 2Dr box that allows the B&O Amp to be mounted just like the current 8 inch

I don't think there is enough room to keep the enclosure size and have the amp fit, I didn't have too much trouble fitting a new amp in the wheel well and the stock enclosure has certainly has enough volume for good bass...just sayin'

Actually, we may have a B&O mounting design 10" box that will work. Unprinted and Untested...

This design works out to be 0.425CuFt. Which is 0.025CuFt just above the min of 0.4CuFt

I replaced my B&O dsp with Mobridge and relocated it - so gimme all the enclosure space you can! Don't need the indent for the amp - I just need the box and a 10'' for my 2Door!

In order to get the 2 door to work, we need to 3D scan the Bronco. And do lots of testing. Not a lot of peeps want their trunk pulled apart for weeks. Our rear panels haven't been on for more than a full week since Dec of 2022. :ROFLMAO:

The main issue is the seat belt mech. The 10" sub is placed further back than the 8". So clearance needs to be tight. This is why we need the scans of the 2D.
