Go Rhino Dominator DSS Issues?

Has anyone installed the DSS slider steps and had issues with the bracket(s) not lining up quite right with the holes on the Bronco? I got 5 outta 6 on no issue except this one.

Yes but I managed to get them installed by myself….with 3 ton jack and two jack stands. First bolt on each side mounts inside the rails kicked my butt. But after that they all seemed to go in easier.

Since the attachment point slides inside the rail I don't see how this is a problem if you follow the installation order.

Had the same problem. Had to loosen everything off to get the bolt started. Was super frustrating. Need a second set of hands and a hoist.

Since the attachment point slides inside the rail I don't see how this is a problem if you follow the installation order.

The other 5 slid right into place no problem. This one just would not line up all three holes and not flush with the threaded bolt part of the vehicle.

I had a few holes that were off and needed to pry them into place.

Had to do a little engineering on it but finally got it lined up and bolted in. Now I just gotta mount the steps.

I had the same problem with the middle bracket. My solution was to slightly expand the the holes in the frame, between the pinch welds. With more play in those bolts I could get the upper bolts started at the proper angle.
