I’m also interested in these!
I haven’t seen them outside of the SEMA build.
Spoke with the Ford accessories guy at one of the Bronco event about these. He seemed to believe they were just a concept and if they were going to be made, it would be "a while" before they become available.

I'm looking for a more substantial slider that incorporates a small step for my badlands. I'll sell the factory sliders. These don't seem bad but it's hard to tell.

But for me to upgrade to aftermarket, they need to be tougher. They don't seem to mention the actual weight bearing capabilities for any of the sliders.
Bingo.

I'll wait for additional, less expensive, frame bolt-on, aftermarket rails. Shouldn't be long now. Probably about the same time as I hope to take ownership at the end of July.

First off-road vehicle for me and going to need rockrails for my Badlands 4 door. Curious what brands I should be targeting. Is Go Rino a great place to start? What others should I be on the lookout for?
Your Badlands comes with rails from the factory - just in case you didn't realize that.

If you want to upgrade, there will be tons of good options out there. For most people, unless there's a lot of crawling planned, the factory rails on the BD and BL models will get the job done.

def gonna need some of these to prevent door ding while wheelin at the mall.
most underated feature of sliders. Parallel parking with steel bumpers and a rear shackle is a close #2

This is exactly why I ordered the ugly ass tibe steps with my WT... For door protection. If Some good rock sliders come out before I get my VIN, I'll drop th from my build.

Really got excited about the DS and DSS but sounds like everyone here is saying they are not "real" sliders.

waiting for the frame mounted variants.
The thing is, to have no drilling, you're confined to what Ford provides for mounting locations. I just installed boards on my Aviator and they use all factory holes. A total of 9 clips and bolts per side. 3 go into brackets attached to the floor and 6 into the pinch weld. All very easy stuff.

That's the same reason why I like them. I plan on removing my rock rails and installing running boards. Because I neve plan on putting my bronco in a situation where I need to use the rock rails. And the way I see how inconsiderate people open their doors; these are a must.

I have a plethora of tools and drill bits, but I get the point. I can do any custom work hence why I made the statement.

So I went to their website using a computer instead of my phone and they are clearly stating these are side steps and in no way are claiming these are rock rails.

They say something like "rock slider STYLE"
