I have the 2.3 MT. Has anyone tried eco mode? Honestly I never saw an improvement on MPG just noticed lack of response. I feel like this mode is useless with the MT.

I also have a manual. I think if you have a light foot in normal mode, you won't see a difference in MPG.

If person can't not smash the accelerator, eco mode might make a difference - as the mode does slow the throttle response.

I've been averaging 22 MPG in mixed driving in normal mode on my 2 door Badlands non-sas. Using Eco mode doesn't seem to affect it one way or another - but I think that is because I'm an old school hypermiler from back in my Honda Civic days.
