They will get noisy when you get some miles on them. I ran them on my FJ. They were just OK overall. My F250 Tremor came factory with them and they are already getting load at 3000 miles. Not a fan.

Are you talking about the old Duratrac or the NEW Duratrac RT?

Had the opportunity to test out the new Duratrac RT's on my 4 door Bronco. I'm pretty happy with the changes they've made.

Love the new sidewall pattern and the 3 ply sidewall.

Made a quick 5 minute review on them.

Humbly speaking, I don't understand the "Did they fix it?" statement.
In my view, with two SAS units, there is nothing to fix. I'm thrilled with my Goodyear Territories as is.

Ok.. .I think there is some confusion here. these are NOT the same tires that come with the Sasquatch package! These are the new Duratrac not the Territory. It's like calling a Bronco Sport a Bronco. Same family, different tire 😁

See the difference? (and the "did they fix it?" refers to the weak sidewall of the old Duratrac)

Thank you, my friend. I stand corrected.

One thing I didn't get to cover in my review is long term wear obviously, as I just got them. Anyone have these and put some miles on them?
My last three sets of tires on my Rubicon were Duratracs. The old version went for about 60k miles if you didn’t chew them up too bad on the trail. They did get noisier and less grippy in rain and snow as they wore.

It will be interesting to see how these do for sure.

Load Range E is 10 Ply
Sorry but I gotta throw the challenge flag on that. Load Range E tires don’t actually have 10 plies, do they? That’s an ancient bias ply tire thing.
I looked & looked at the Goodyear website and the only mention of plies that I found said 3 plies - and that was for the E rated tire.

Honestly @NorthShoreBronco I ask you again where Goodyear (or any tire vendor website) specifically says that their tires have 10 plies ??? Because I can’t find it.

They do not, indeed, have ten plies. Load range E tires are considered 10 ply equivalent. Thus, they are commonly referred to as 10 ply tires.

Sorry, they are 10 ply "equivalent". That's just the lingo everyone uses

Gotcha. Thank you.

Unfortunately I think most people think there are literally 10 plies inside, including many off road YouTubers & “influencers“.
True I supose. Most "10ply" are actualy 2 or 3 ply's for rubber, kevlar and steel mesh that equate to the 10 ply rating. but it's way easier to say 10 ply as a referance than waht i just rambled on about haha.

Altho exlpaining all this might make a good video..... thanks for the idea!
