Whoo hoo...if anyone with the Goose Gear 2-door setup is also trying to maximize space and if you have a Smittybilt 2781, a Safe-jack with extensions and a baseplate, and a 30 foot recovery strap, I found a great solution to keep everything tidy. For the baseplate, I ended up putting it upright on its side on the passenger side against the vertical GG panel. I secured it with a nylon tension strap (no rattles). With that, I was able to coil up my recovery strap and set it on the floor up against it. On the driver side, I found that if I set the Smittybilt with the head of the compressor towards the tunnel, that with a couple of rubber feet from Home Depot placed over the Smittybilt feet (only the two towards the driver seat) it tilted the compressor towards the vertical GG panel enough to get my seat back even farther than I need it to go. Then, to secure the compressor from moving or rattling, I used a block of wood with a notch cut out, screwed to the vertical panel, and then I used stick on velcro (only the felt part for cushion) over the notch and the screw heads. In the channel I cut at the base of the block I snaked a velcro strap through (the kind that holds a bike pump onto a bike frame). Some pics of how it all ended up (and the notch in the seat lines up with the compressor head and no contact). My air hoses fit in the rear jack cubby, and my Safe jack and all the bits fit in the forward cubby.
