You're a funny guy Tommy! But if this forum is any indication of facts; they don't and can't handle it.
Aw, dang. If they call again, ask them if they have Prince Albert in the can.I received a prank call from Granger yesterday. Tried to pick up but they hung up before I could grab it.
interesting thought. And definitely a possibility from a business perspective. And explain it as a delay due to Covid.Or of course the other option that they cancelled the product wholesale and are waiting until 1/1/21 to record the ~$3B loss so Q4 looks a bit better for that investment call.
They weren't classified as a high volume dealership prior to these Bronco reservations. They have capitalized on only half of the allocation calculation. Sure, they will get their 1000+ reservations if all those people follow through with their order, but by the time all of those reservations deliver, dealers will have stock units on the lots. This is not going to unfold the way a lot of people are hoping.Nothing to it but to wait. Granger won't have any say in this and will get their monthly allocation however the Ford mothership decides to do it. Clearly they are high volume, but they aren't likely to be getting 300 units a month while the highest volume dealerships in the country (across all models) get 3-5 Broncos a month.
All of the reservation holders...confusion reins...Albert quick question:
This Granger email effort is for...
a) only for GRANGER reservation holders that sign up for the $1000 under invoice offer ( your first offer, which hopefully results in a MY2021 Bronco)
b) Both GRANGER reservation holders that signed up for the initial offer ($1000 under invoice ) AND the BroncOctober offer ( your second offer of $2000 under invoice and resulting in a MY2022 Bronco)
Please advise...Thanks
Security footage of Albert fixing the glitch.I have found a glitch in the sending of the emails (using mine as the test) and am correcting the error to fix it so they will send out of the server..
You really think Ford will give some dealers stock before completing all reservations? Granger is one thing but you think a small dealer with under 100 reservations would like that? They weren't classified as a high volume dealership prior to these Bronco reservations. Thought Ford had said that all of the 2021 stock will be reservations. Who knows though about 2022You really think Ford will give some dealers stock before completing all reservations? Granger is one thing but you think a small dealer with under 100 reservations would like that?
Your wisdom is literally warming my cockles in all the good ways. One of the first people to point this out. They weren't classified as a high volume dealership prior to these Bronco reservations.
