@Zach@Granger Just picked up my Bronco yesterday and Granger delivered on every single promise made almost 2 years ago by Albert. Price was below invoice. Doc Fee $180 License Fee $35. Also got the Ford ESP for the cheapest price out there and I was in and out in 5 minutes since I signed everything electronically the day before. Samantha and Shelby were professional and this was the best new car purchase experience I’ve had.

One of the reasons I went with Granger is that they keep promises. I could sleep at night for the past two years, not worrying about dealer shenanigans or the dreaded ADM markup.
Same here. Their discount got me in the door, but their customer service and good reputation kept my order after Ford screwed up the allocation formula. At least I know that Granger will keep their promises. The cost of getting there from Texas was already going to outpace the savings. It's the road trip home that I'm looking forward to! Kudos Granger!

Now I have bought several new vehicles in my life but no experience was quite like the epic experience I had at Granger Motors. Having waited about 2 years and vowing not to cut the 6 hairs I had left on my head until I got my Bronco, I arose early at my hotel in Urbandale and brought out my razor. I wanted to look good for the reporters and the thousands of Iowans I had invited to celebrate with me. Traveling from Urbandale to Granger. Motors there were no less than 19 full size billboards welcoming me by name . When I got within 10 miles of the dealership, the highway was lined with thousands of well wishers , cheering ecstatically.

Arriving at the dealership, Samantha said I was in for a treat today. She said the parade that Granger has for each Bronco owner was about to begin. ( I thought -sure , this is going to be funny) The parade was spectacular with no less with than 87 floats, 3 high school marching bands and the University of Iowa Drum Corp. By this time I was feeling a bit overwhelmed ( and ashamed that I had complained about waiting so long to get my Bronco).

After the parade ended, everything became quiet and they escorted me to the center of the parade route. It was then that the the mayor of Granger presented me with the keys to the city and declared that I was forever an honorary citizen.

Finally , the moment had arrived. I entered the showroom and Zach handed me the keys to my new Bronco. As is the custom for every new Bronco delivered, I then joined all the employees in lifted our shot glasses in a toast to the wait being over. How they knew I liked Woodford Reserve is beyond me. ( I am not sure if the employees are always this happy or if they had just delivered to many Broncos that day but a good time was had by all.)

I drove away with the crowd still cheering and a Texas size smile on my face.

Thank you Granger for a memorable experience.

I flew to Des Moines Monday morning, and was picked up by Savannah to take me to Granger. Upon arriving, I was greeted by Samantha and then Shelby, both of whom were friendly and provided exceptional service. The transaction was completed in just minutes, though Samantha helped set up my Ford Pass, showed me a few things, and helped me do a quick walk around to inspect for scratches. She even said that if I missed any and found them when I got home to call them and they'd pay to have them repaired at a local (to me) body shop!

The drive home was a marathon, but the Bronco was comfortable and drove surprisingly well for such an off-road oriented vehicle - sooo much better than my old JLUR! I couldn't have done 750 miles straight in one day in it.

Granger is a long way from home to travel to buy a vehicle, but they're one of a kind in my experience, and have earned my future Ford/Jeep/Dodge/Ram business!

Just one more call out to Granger. I picked up my 2-Door Base from Granger this past August after a two-year wait. As with other members posting here, my experience was quick, seamless, and courteous. Everything was ready for me on arrival, and the paperwork took all of 10 minutes. The truck was perfectly prepped - I couldn't find anything to moan and groan about. I was another fly-and-drive buyer, and spent the next two days driving 1100 miles back to VA. IMHO Granger is THE dealership to work with when buying a new Ford.
