Greetings…

I bought replacement BRONCO letters in orange for my grill. Does anyone have tips on getting the old letters out? They seem plastic welded in place And I’m unsure on the best method for removal. Thanks

Drill out the plastic welds.

What I did was use a really sharp chisel to remove the plastic weld on the back and then took a 1/8 punch to press the letter stem out of the holes. This left the holes exactly the way from factory without enlarging or chamfering backside of hole with a larger drill to remove plastic weld

Got it. I was worried about messing the original holes up. Thanks
