Straight guesses:

Upgrade to 2.7L 10 Speed Auto from 2.3L 7 Speed Manual: $2495
Upgrade to 2.7L 10 Speed Auto from 2.3L 10 Speed Auto: $1995

Lux package (10 Speaker B&O+): $2495

Although upgrading an F150 from the 3.3L V6 and 8 speed Auto to the 2.7l Ecoboost with 10 Speed is only $995.

Ranger only comes with the 2.3L so there are no upgrades there.

So potentially the upgrade would be a little cheaper?

Don't forget the cost for Mid and High in there which is all included in the Lux, to jump straight to the B&O, unless an ala carte option, would be closer to $7500 imo.

Probably pretty accurate.

Is the 2.7 in a manual an option?

Rear locker addition on a Ranger is $420 if I'm remembering that correctly. Hoping it's the same to add to the Bronco on lower trims.

If you are at Outer Banks, that already has mid package. To get to Lux would likely be $4,000-4500.

Going off the price increase of the base from 2 door to the 4 door, switching to an automatic transmission from the manual should be about $2,200.

If Lux on an Outer Banks is $4500 I’ll cry.
It seems most of the bigger options are in the mid package, so I certainly hope Lux doesn't exceed $4500.

True but I know most manufacturers completely rip you off for the B&O speakers. Probably at least $1295 for that alone. Hopefully it will also be a stand-alone option because that’s really the only Lux item I care about.

The upgrade cost from manual to automatic on the Mustang is $1595. I expect something similar on the Bronco. I also expect the 2.3T to 2.7TT cost to be higher than the 3.3L to 2.7TT cost on the F150. The F150 gets a volume discount there since the 2.7TT is the most popular engine most months and can actually be cheaper than the 3.3L on a lease.

The Bronco also won't have the package discounts the F150 has. The XLT mid packages get discounted too. Ford wants you to buy or lease an F150 302A 4x4 SuperCrew with the 2.7TT. Gotta keep Dearborn Truck Plant moving.

The only 4-cylinder to 6-cylinder upgrade that Ford has that is not trim dependent is on the Lincoln Nautilus. That is a $2500 upgrade.

I expect going to the 2.7T and 10-speed from the 2.3T and 7-speed to cost $3500. Hopefully it's less.
