so bronco has been sitting for a couple of weeks waiting for the ford dealer to scan/ possible reset modules for the new grille shutters, then got told bad wiring and now we had an ota software update and all faults gone. is this more likely that it just clear the memory and the vehicle will need to be started again to show the faults or is it possible the ota update resolved the module issues as previously thought?

I wouldn't suspect that an OTA update would reboot your truck, so to speak, and then clear your codes. It certainly could but that sounds sketchy. "Bad wiring" also sounds like a sketchy answer to you. Was that from the dealer?? I would suspect that the codes will show up again after 15-20 minutes of driving. Whatever they were.

These were the codes after the vehicle was put back together and started the first time

sounds like you lost an important ground for the computer or shared for the sensors

Yup what I thought. I’m 3 hrs away from the vehicle so at the mercy of the collision center and Ford dealer right now.

I'm curious what the specific codes were
collision center did not have the ability to scan the vehicle and so it got sent to dealership to scan and they have not done that yet its been there since the 16th.
