Looks like a plate for the 4 pin, and other pictures show the combination 4/7 pin plug. I’m more curious if they have a wiring kit for that 7 pin and if so how it hooks up.

Not sure it includes the plugs. The instruction sheet does not show the plugs or any wiring.

im pretty sure it doesn’t include the wiring harness but like that it looks to have mounting brackets for the connector. Wondering if the hitch itself is of decent quality. Thx.

Judging by the pictures it looks really high quality. The integrated nuts look really cool but I would have to see it installed.

I have the same one but from Amazon. It is awesome. Hardware is high quality and it installed perfectly.

I would recommend it for sure. Now enjoy the nightmare of hooking up the wiring.

I looked at those since they copy the FORD OEM design, but they require you to remove the rear bumper to install. I went with a Curt hitch that doesn't require removing the bumper, took literally 5 minutes to install. I also like the idea of using a name brand hitch just to be certain its been designed and manufactured properly.

Do you have a link to the one you installed?

You don't need to remove the bumper, just insert the bolts from the other side!

You can't do that with the OP's hitch in question. Like the Ford, the threaded nuts are welded on to the back side so you have to remove the bumper to insert the bolts.

The Curt (and Rough Country) hitches do not have welded nuts so you can inset the bolts fromt he backside and not have to take the bumper off.
