Looks like a bolt from overhead where grab handles can be installed in the roll bar.

Check under the door, is it the bolt for the window adjustment?

I'd say you'll find out when wherever it came from starts rattling.

When I was getting ready to do my interior paint job, I had the rear seats down and when I lifted the passenger seat back up, the same bolt was on the floor mat, well similar bolt???

Weird!

Actually looking at yours again, it might be a bottom door card/panel bolt where you lift to pull door off body.

Passenger seat ejector lockout bolt. Whatever you do, dont press the ejector button while that's not engaged!

Winner winner, chicken dinner! Yup, the bolt attaches the black plastic door panel to the driver side door. There are three such bolts along the bottom edge of the door.
