To install the ARB Tread Pro with the Accessory Bracket, do you use the ARB TPMK Mount Kit for the Treads or just bolt through?

Yes you will need the arb tred pro mounts that attach directly to our accessory arm. Stand by for video!

Got my Hammer Built gear in and install was easy, I’d definitely recommend two people if you can as it will make the process easier yet. Tyson makes a great product. Zero squeaking now which is great since I’m putting 37’s on here shortly.

Mine originally said estimated delivery yesterday. But evidently ups can’t get from Fort Worth to San Antonio in less than 24 hours. So out for delivery today “by 7pm”. Which usually means at 7 pm :(

Installed. Was really easy to do with the help of another person for positioning the spacers.
Very happy with it.
Now to figure out what to put on the accessory mount...

Looks great! Thanks for sharing! If you want some extended range the 3 gallon rotopax can really give you some extra piece of mind on those long stretches between stations.

if you anticipate icy/muddy/sandy trails, the Arb tred pros are super useful if you ever encounter a low traction situation.

Does anyone know the torque requirements for all the bolts?

Ok, Im really interested in getting this to actually just provide more general support for the tailgate as well as help the infamous popping/creaking noises that a lot of people are getting. Mine is just a regular BD though, so I'm really not wanting to look like some kind of off road poser by installing this and not hanging a 37" tire off of it. Decisions, decisions.
Plenty of posers running 37s. Real reason, is how much crap you wanna hang off the tailgate? Me? Probably too much, because gas stations can be scarce out here. There's one trip where running out is a real possibility, and you don't even have to leave the county.

+-18lbft for the hinge bolts
Hmmmm....I'm surprised that's all considering it's supporting an entire tailgate and spare tire. Is that because of the Delrin spacers?

What does the service manual say for the outside tailgate hinge bolts and spare tire mount bolts? I think the inside tailgate hinge bolts are 30 ft lb.

@flip ?
