Has anybody else had a leak like this one? Only on the passenger side, and part of it is coming off the side window.

I’ve had light leaks at the car wash and on light rainy days twice before. Funny enough, a tropical storm and heavy rain days I don’t get anything. I can’t seem to find the issue but it definitely started happening after I took the top off. I have a 2dr.

Hi Kris. Can you send us a DM with your VIN and dealership info? I can look into this for you.

I had a lot less noise after removing and reinstalling the MIC panels. They did not appear to be installed correctly from the factory. Have you have yours off?

I have taken mine off a couple times. One noise problem with my roof is the weatherseals over the doors aren't long enough from the factory. I'm trying to get my dealership to replace those seals but that's been slow going.

I just had my first leak today after just 3mos. I haven't had the top off in over a month. I'm thinking the cool weather contracted some seals but who knows.

Reviving this thread... I just started having the exact same issue after one year. Just curious if you were able to fix it or did you have to end up going to the dealer?

I just had the same issue with my 2 door. I never had my top off. There are cracks in the top above my rear pass side window. I called the dealer and they will have it for a few days to start the warranty process.

Had this happen for the first time a week ago and then a second time a couple days ago. I've had the thing just over a year now. Seems to occur only when some g forces shift it somehow like pulling out of a parking lot. Both times it is from the top on the windshield area. First time was about center in front of the passenger, and second was near center of the vehicle. Popped the front two panels off and found it was wet between the panel and the main front gasket....

Yeah I’ve had this same problem. Seems like a common issue for the roofs (so common that I don’t know of a Bronco hard top owner who doesn’t have the issue after a year of ownership)

Pretty broad statement. I've had mine for almost 2 years and no leaks.

Certainly - I don’t know all Bronco owners, of course. Only a handful in New England and the Midwest. Enough of a sample size that I suspect that outdoor storage during winters (a few thermal cycles) or removal of the top is likely all it takes to make a crack around those windows.

Mine has always leaked. I figure if I just place a towel to soak in water I can live with it.
