Sound deadening is different from heat penetration, but I had the MOPAR headliners in my Wrangler that worked real well. I know it's hotter where you're at, but SW Florida is pretty dang hot also.
Yes, 2 different benefits. There's also the benefit of improved audio. Someone did a video testing on a Jeep with Hotheads roof kit and I recall the difference in heat penetration was something like 30 degrees less with them installed.

I'll likely end up dynamat'ing the doors, underneath of the modular panels, and underneath the plastic floors of my BD just for the heck of it. Unless, of course, Ford offers this as an option just like Jeep does for the roof. I'd find it hard to believe Ford wouldn't.
Right??

I'm doing BD too, & that "tub floor" has gotta be loud

I had a 2014 Ford Mustang convertible soft top and didn’t find it to be terribly loud when the top was up. Would the Bronco hard top be about the same or worse if I don’t go for the sound deadening option?
