and noise level.....never owned a soft top car or truck, or Jeep. Have auto makers made headway on noise level with soft tops ?

Any Jeep owners willing to chime in ?

thanks ?

myTop makes POWERED premium triple layered luxury euro tops for the Wrangler that are even quieter than the insulated hardtops!

I have already asked them if they would make one for the Bronco and they were also waiting to see if Ford would make a powered retractable soft top!

Owned a '11 JK with soft top and now a' 17 JKU with hard top. Summer time gets sunrider (soft) up front. Yeah you hear the noise. Not overbearing. Tire hum you'll hear no matter what.
I'm just not a fan of soft tops cuz of looks.

I never owned a Jeep, but I've had 3 convertible's and was never concerned about wind nose with the soft tops up.

Besides, as Toccoa says, it's angry bees with the right tires

Only time I drove a hardtop wrangler was a loaner from the dealership. I've always been a soft top guy. My first 94 YJ it was loud, flapping, etc. My 2020 Gladiator quiet, warm no problems. Soft tops have come along way! I'm up in the northeast and never any issues with retaining heat does a great job sure the Bronco top will be the same

I've seen some tests with the JL Wranglers and the difference in sound between hard and soft tops is negligible (at least without the hard top insulation panels on the Jeep).
