So I posted the other day about rust behind the handle on the passenger side door.
After doing tons of digging it looks like the problem is the gutter where the mic roof and frame meet. Water collects there and drains.
That's cool unless you are driving through the rain and making turns, due to g forces the water will pool at one side and overflow into the a pillar down the airbag etc.
This is based on what I've researched and seemed to make the most sense.
After having some surface rust I'm hyper aware of any moisture.
On wranglers they have rubber strips you can buy that cover the gap from hardtop to frame completely.
Anyone seen any thing for the bronco yet? The goal I think is to prevent water from ever entering that channel between the roof and frame.
