Hardtop Uneven - Road Noise

I just took delivery of my Bronco (Wildtrack Sasquatch) with MIC Hardtop on Saturday.

However, I noticed some decent air noise that wasn’t apparent on my earlier test drive with the dealer model. I noticed that the driver side of my hardtop sits about a half inch higher than the passenger side.
I took the tops off and reinstalled them, but they still sit unevenly.

Does anyone else have this issue? Pictures attached.

Did you try unlatching the driver's side and re-seating it?

I did. I uninstalled both, and put the driver side on first, then the passenger side.

I did. I uninstalled both, and put the driver side on first, then the passenger side.

That's backwards. To remove, driver's side first then passenger. To install, passenger side first then driver's.

i wrote that one wrong. I took the driver side off first, and I reinstalled the driver side last.

I have the same problem and getting increasingly worse with wind noise. Everything seems to be sitting evenly, but now as the wind noise gets worse, im hearing ALOT of creaking noises.
Ive reached out to Ford to no ado. GO FIGURE.

The bracket on my driver’s side is noticably higher than the bracket on the passenger side.
This is why the top can latch, but it’s still higher than the other side.

it did get fixed. Those brackets are actually slotted and bolted. The plastic housing just pulls down and you/they can access the bolts. Just slide the high side down and bolt it back in.

For the creaking/squeaking/popping noises you can either sleeve the location pins or use a Q-tip and put a dab of lube on them. I just used a food safe silicone lube I had. Went from snap, crackle, pop over every bump to zero squeaks in the last 6 months over multiple trails.
