I've ordered my FE and when I received the confirmation email from Ford it had the wrong color and seats. I contacted my dealer and they say it has been corrected but I haven't received any confirmation of the change other than verbal from my dealer.
I'm wondering if anyone else has made changes to their order and if a confirmation of the change should be expected.

Yep...added a block heater that I forgot. Yes I live in the south but I loved having a block heater on my big Dodge diesel, and look forward to instant heat when we have freezing rain or get a dumping of snow.

And yes I got a new sheet from the dealer. Stephens is great to work with.

Thanks, I'll ask them about it but the original sheet they printed and gave me has the right options listed on it but they're different from the Ford email. Looking to independently check that the dealer didn't mess it up a 2nd time.

I added leather seats to my order and did not get a second email from Ford. My sales person snapped a picture of the dealer screen and sent me a text showing it has been added.

well I just changed my order from a fully loaded OBX to a WT. received my order sheet from dealer waiting to see if I ever get an acknowledgment from Ford.

I changed my order and did not receive a new email from Ford.

I did get a new sheet from my dealer when I made the change.

How long did it take John to make the change? I'm contemplating changing my whole order.
He did it the same day I sent the email requesting it. If it were a more extensive change, I'd suggest letting him know and get on the phone with him. Mine was just adding a single item.

I emailed John my change from Black Diamond to Badlands yesterday and asked him to change it at his convenience. Less than a day later he sent me the email. Those guys at Stephens are great.
